I started up with one camera now I have 14 of them. They work fantastic and also helps me keep an eye on the kiddos fantastic for the price and works well. I have very expensive other cameras for security system, but the Roku cameras are keeping up with them thank you and keep up the great work Monroe.

Support sucks and so does camera

I purchased package with indoor camera, 2 color bulbs and 2 smart plugs and at first I was satisfied but within a couple of months, the power cord to the camera began to short out, causing camera to constantly lose power and show as offline. I contacted support about warranty replacement because the cord should not have had any issues since the camera was mounted and had remained stationary from the initial installation. Chat support was not helpful so by the time we finished troubleshooting and they submitted the claim, their only solution was that they would escalate it for warranty department to reach out. No one ever contacted me even after multiple attempts to follow up with support. I finally gave up and the camera is still sitting in the box almost a year later. I’m now having issues with my 360 camera not executing rules with location triggers and not sending notifications reliably. Spend a little bit more on a better security system for home monitoring without the hassle.
