Not keeping your promise

I was granted a 14 day free trial for this wireless doorbell camera and it was great at first, then no more notifications or videos after the 4th day. Highly doubt that I will be purchasing a plan when you can hold up to a 14 day free trial period.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Kimberly, thank you for sharing your experience with us. We noticed that you have already contacted our customer support team, however, the representative was unable to complete the troubleshooting steps with you because you are not currently at the doorbell's location. Once you return to the location, please try to power cycle the doorbell by flipping the breaker switch that powers it to the "OFF" position. Wait for 10 full seconds. Flip the breaker switch back to the "ON" position. Additionally, sign out of the Roku Smart Home app and then sign back in. Make sure that both the app and the device are updated. We really like the new Roku Doorbell Camera!! We love how alerts pop up on our TV. After having a Blink for two years this is hands down so much better.

Great video/camera quality. Detects motion and package detections. The chime volume is loud so I can hear when someone presses the doorbell. I get notified on my Roku Tv when there is someone at my door. Love this doorbell so much!
