[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was really easy to install and use. The instructions are clear. I like how the camera works. This helps ease my mind regarding what’s going on outside of my home. Although it’s wired, it’s still pretty easy to set up.

I got this to keep an eye to anyone who enters my yard because I’ve been having issues with neighbors. The picture is so clear and the microphone picks up sound from way further away than I expected it to!

Easy to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This camera is the best because it is very easy to use and set up. It connects to the app, so you can monitor your place while awake. It’s got a good length cord as well so you don’t really need an extension.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I keep getting a failed to update shortcut list and a error code 2001 on my app and it's not keeping anything on my events. Anyone know what I can do?? Please help.

Sometimes the 2001 error code can be resolved by logging out of the app and logging back in.

If this doesn't resolve the error code, please submit a log ID so that we can investigate. To do so, navigate to the Settings on your Camera, scroll to Roku support at the bottom, and Submit a log. This will help our engineers to see how the error message occurs on the backend of the app. Then, reach out to our team at support.roku.com/contactus so that an agent can assist you in troubleshooting this issue directly.

High Quality Camera

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We installed our outdoor camera about 2 weeks ago, and we are very happy with the product. You are able to change the settings to alert for sound, person, package, vehicle, and pet. Sometimes when I vehicle drives by it picks up the driver and throws the notifications off. Overall, we are looking forward to adding more cameras around the outside of our house

great camera, easy to use and setup

We have been a nest user for a long time, and several cameras failed. Decided to give Roku a chance and this camera was as expensive as just the charging cord replacement and works better and easier to setup. Will be replacing all of my nest products.
