Great outdoor camera

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This camera has been a great addition to our home. The motion and sound detection is great and pretty advanced for such a reasonable price. The subscription adds a lot of functionality that takes the camera from good to great. From checking on package deliveries to viewing wildlife at night, this camera catches it all.

It is so nice to be able to see when someone is coming down the driveway and to know who it is before they get to the house. My only issue was I had a hard time getting it to stay in place it kept falling off the magnet was not strong enough. But once we used permanent solutions no more issues.

Cannot watch events…

I’ve had this camera for 3 days. It worked okay the first two days. Will not play events to see recordings… Don’t waste your money.

Works like it should

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wired camera was easy to setup with pretty clear instructions. You have to download the application to install and use. The app has many features that I haven't quite explored yet. My main upset is that you have to pay a subscription in order to record to the cloud and for motion sensing.

2 Way Audio

I am with the picture, but the 2 way audio doesn't work to well. I can hear people talking, but when I talk through the audio, it can't be heard and is very low. I even adjusted the volume, and it was still was poor.

New Update Has Removed Several Helpful Features.

The new firmware version (6.0.0 Build 32-FD) has severely broken all indoor cameras and outdoor wired cameras. Also, it appears the customer service reps were not made aware of these changes. Their only advice is to delete and re-setup the device. Some of the features that were removed: the ability to select the quality of the video, such as changing it to 360P, SD, or HD. They also removed a "sync time" option. Now all the time stamps are 1 hour ahead and resetting the camera does not fix this issue. If your like me, you cant reach some of your cameras without a ladder. If you're considering purchasing these cameras, please wait until these issues are resolved.
