I really, really enjoyed this one! There were a lot of new build techniques for me. A few stickers, but not too many. Sometimes Technic builds are tough, requiring some disassembly to backtrack and fix mistakes. While I appreciate a challenging build, but I don't want to be frustrated. That was minimal on the lunar rover. I love the mechanisms for moving the solar panels and the crane arm. I really like the little moon rock scooper! The moon rock balls and crystals are really fun. The color scheme awesome and different compared to recent Lego Space and lunar-themed sets. Overall, I'm very happy with this lego set.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great 1082 pieces set with very good attention to

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lego Technic 42211 Lunar outpost is a 1082 piece set. It has very minute attention to detail, pieces are sturdy and very nice set. Its so engaging. Have issues with few missing pieces in the set and some of the instructions are not too great but finally figured out. Excellent addition to the collection. Would be helpful if the instructions in some assembly setup is clear . Missing pieces are an issue but I had some from other sets that I used.

Space and technics- what could be better?!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our local LEGO enthusiast was beyond excited to see this one come. The entire LEGO space line has exceeded all of our expectations. I love that this is complicated enough to keep our son engaged, but the directions are perfect to break down every step. The technics line is the best to see all of our greatest inventions come to life. We already bought another one of these for a friend because this was my son’s favorite build so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My apologies for late review, family emergency 800 miles away. This has been the most fun Lego product we've assembled so far! And it's not even finished! As a family we enjoy products like this much like family game nights. I would venture to say the tracks on the Rover have been the most tedious/taxing so far, but with the laughter going on about it, pretty sure that was our fault. The family has decided to turn my den into the Lego kit display room. And I don't mind the idea, because of the fun we have doing this together! I think it would be amazing if Lego came up with "family kits" , start a fad much like game night. Some parts could be easier for younger kids, etc. The details on this Lunar outpost kit truly are fantastic and have sparked imaginative conversations for us and ignited ideas in the kids! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh my gosh as a avid LEGO builder and collector this was a real treat to receive. I love that it’s movable and has so many features. I am super happy that this has over 1000 pieces and will be a Lego that will take me some time to complete. I really love doing them, but sometimes it goes so fast. So this one looks like it’s gonna take me a little bit of time which I’m very happy about. I’m very excited about the switch and movable automation of this Lego. I have Legos displayed all over my house and I need to figure out where this one’s going to take its place. I will post photo after it’s completed. I’m finishing up another Lego at the moment so I will be starting on this one next!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly can’t wait to build this. The LEGO Technic Lunar Outpost Moon Rover (42211) looks even better in person than it does online. The box is solid, the design details are crazy good, and the color combo of white, blue, and black just pops. It has over a thousand pieces, which is perfect enough to keep me busy without being overwhelming.
What I love most is how it looks like an actual futuristic vehicle, not just another toy. The little mini rover and the arm mechanism are genius, and I already know this is going to be one of those builds I actually enjoy from start to finish.

Our new favorite “date night” activity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love this set. My boyfriend and I started building it together thinking it would be a cute little date night project… and now it’s basically taken over our week. We’ve already spent over 7 hours on it and we’re only about 65% done.
The pieces and gears are just so high quality and unique. You can really feel the attention to detail, especially with the moving parts and mechanisms, which makes it super engaging. It’s challenging in the best way possible and so satisfying to see it come together.
If you enjoy space, engineering-style builds, or just enjoy building something together, this is it. 10/10 would recommend. Honestly, we’re having way too much fun with it
