I like the Shokz. But when I tested the Shokz at the big shop. They seem louder and the bass was incredible. That's what prompted me to purchase the headset.

This is my fourth pair of Shokz bone-conduction headphones. I was skeptical to try the OpenRun Pro 2 (only because my OpenRun Pros were completely fine). I needed a good reason. I waited for a sale price and bought a pair. Wow! What a difference. I loved my OpenRun Pros, but the 2 sounds so much better I am kicking myself for having waited so long. The bass boost is extraordinary and really fills in what was missing from the originals.

The controls on the L side are clumsy and the magnetic charger on the swim is much nicer than the USB’s.

I’m giving 4 stars for one main reason: during intense workouts when I sweat a lot, the sound feels lower than usual. Aside from that, it's great for the initial stage of workouts and for everyday use. The comfort, open-ear design, and overall performance are excellent—just wish the audio stayed more consistent during heavy sweating.
