overall it is a good product. Unfortunately when i connect it to my motorola radio, i can hear but the voice is soo muffled it cannot be understood

Good but too large for my average sized ladies' head

While I appreciate the sound quality and functionality of my new Shokz, they are larger than my last pair and too big around my head. It makes it difficult to wear a hat, which I have to wear in the Florida sun. I'm also not sure how well the attachment for the removable cover for the charging cord is going to hold up. The last pair I had did not have this, you simply attached the magnetized charging cord to the Shokz.

Excellent option for those who don’t like regular headphones

Is a new game changer for the people who are used to using regular headphones. They may find these a little uncomfortable at first. If you use it lying down (for example; doing exercises on the bench, they will not be comfortable). The sound is excellent and even being external, you will not hear external noises.

the charging cord is hard t use

The new charging cord and attachment to headphones has changed from magnetic to push in USB-C — and the connector to the headphones is poorly made. I have a disability in my right hand and now need help to connect charging cord — and the people who help me also haqve difficulty.

Excellent headphones, very easy to use, great quality sound and you can wear them on all day long,, do your workouts, conf calls, podcast, etc and you don’t notice you have your headphones on! The most comfortable headphones I ever had!

I should've switched sooner

I've been eyeing up this headset since the early Aftershokz days, but never made the jump. I have two old sets of Airpods that finally started acting up, so I decided it was time to give them a try. They are comfortable and I'm told that people can hear me clearly on the other end of phone calls. I only planned on them being my work headset and decided to try them out during a run. They worked great and I didn't need to worry about the wind noise overpowering my music. I couldn't be happier with the purchase.
