The sound on the first

The sound on the first OpenRun pro's where louder. I had then for 2 years and worked great while repaired forklifts. I under because they fired more of the sound into temple than towards eardrums. The OpenRun Pro 2 are better for running and not necessarily if you work in a loud environment. The battery life is phenomenal. Longer lasting and faster charging than the previous model.

I ordered these after owning the open run pros and loving them. The bass is awesome but the overall volume on these is much lower than my open run pros. Also other people can hear what you are listening to if you are in a quiet environment. Overall, I like the open run pro 2s but they do have their issues. Couple things that I would like to see might be a firmware update is it would be nice to have like a quiet mode so that you could disable the bass speaker and just have it play. Kind of like the old original open runs would play. Also be nice to have some sort of boost for the volume. That maybe would also do the same thing it's as it might be the same driver as a The open run pro so that you can get the louder trebo while listening to podcasts and such.

Volume was lower than original pro. Calling out using the headset was very difficult. The other party was unable to hear me.

Excellent headphones. Sound is great. Music is an important part of my life and I don’t feel like sacrificing quality with my openrun pro 2. Cant recommend enough

I’ll admit, it took a few days for me and wasn’t love at first sight. But I do love them now for running. The sound is good and I can still hear everything going on around me for safety.
