Great Upgrade

I bought this as an upgrade to the Aftershokz Aeropex. The audio and the battery live are even better than that original model. The latest bone conductive technology is a huge improvement. The headset itself is just as comfortable and easy to use as my model. It is a great option to listen to music while riding a bike where spatial awareness is essential to safe riding.

Better sound range and better charging.

Very pleased with this version. Had purchased earlier version which had a limited volume range--It went from too low to too high. The range of this model is much improved. This model seems to hold a charge longer and, thankfully, has a USB-C charging port.

These are amazing while working and workingout. I ride in a patrol with mental health during individual attempting to die by suicide and being able to de-escalate the patient and call for backup at the same time.

Game changer

I didn't realize how much I needed these headphones until I bought them. I can wear them all day at work, for calls, meetings, music. They pair to both my laptop and my phone at the same time, so no switching back and forth.
I can still have conversations in the office without taking my headphones out, it's perfect. I couldn't recommend them more!

Original OpenRun was better

Pros - comfortable and stylish. Charge seems to last long, probably around 20 hours of use before it needs a charge.
Cons - Not bone conduction like previous model I owned. Seems to be more like small speakers near my ears. This doesn’t work the same for me as previous models did because of a hearing loss. Cannot use in shower, sound is terrible if they are damp at all. This was the main reason I purchased a third pair of shokz/aftershokz. This was very disappointing and considering returning for another model. Really wanted to get behind what was marketed as the flagship model of a brand I’ve loved for years but this model isn’t the same for me.

I dislike that both earpieces

I dislike that both earpieces are connected together. The band that attaches to is uncomfortable.
The sound quality is good, but needs at least 25% more volume as it is very quiet
