Wish I bought these sooner

Can’t believe I spent years stuffing buds in my ears, getting frustrated with discomfort and them falling out while exercising. These are revolutionary and I’m now a Shokz loyalist for life.

Wear these things 10+ hours a day

Ordered 2, black and orange. Wife decided she liked the orange more so I got the black. These feel great, even though they're heavier than the first pair I had. They also work way better and the battery lasts longer. I hated the vibration that I got on the first pair, and was hesitant to order the 2s. Man I'm glad I did. That problem was fixed and I honestly can't think of anything I'd do different.

Excellent audio quality, volume is a little low. Do not like USB charging cord, they removed the magnetic connection.

I was skeptical as to whether or not these would produce enough sound to overcome road noise while driving. I field a lot of phone calls throughout my day and many are while driving so I must use hands free devices. I have not had a single complaint while driving and I am able to hear them perfectly fine. The only issue I've had thus far, is sometimes the call sounds very electronic or has lots of static. When this happens, I hand up and start the call over and this usually resolves the issue the first time. They are comfortable for the most part, but since I wear glasses, they tend to create a sore spot at the top of my ear. Overall, these are without a doubt my new go to headset.

Exceeded expectations

At first I thought I was paying for an overpriced headset. I wish I purchased sooner. It truly is a runners headset. Ditch the IPods or bothersome ear plugs. The sound is clear but still allows you to hear the traffic. Easy to install on your phone. Comfortable headset. You don’t even know they are on your head.

Most comfortable device I have ever used for headphones. Sound great and I can still be aware of my surroundings. I use them for running, doing housework, watching TV. Overall just a great device.

This is my third generation of OpenRun headphones, and I've encountered a few frustrating issues with this model. Firstly, the USB-C port is quite difficult to plug in, and it requires a great deal of force, which raises concerns about potential damage to the headphones. Secondly, after the latest firmware update, I noticed that the volume does not seem as full as it was prior to the update. Additionally, the maximum run time I've experienced after a full charge is just over eight hours. While this could be an isolated issue, I find myself quite disappointed with this model overall. On a positive note, one of the key benefits is the enhanced safety I always feel while walking or jogging in public, as with the precious models. Given my experiences, I would recommend taking good care of older AfterShokz and Shokz headphone models to prolong their lifespan.
