Awesome for the purpose

These Shokz headphones are unbeatable for any sport (except water), cycling, or riding e-scooters, as I do. I also use them as my default headset for answering calls and watching videos. The audio quality is excellent, but I wish they could play just a bit louder.

Perfect for outdoor activities

I wear my OpenRun Pro 2 while mountain biking, working in the yard, walking the dog, and working on projects. You can be fully engaged in what you are doing, yet hear any outside noise that you might need to be aware of. Taking phone calls on it works just fine.
All that said, the sound richness is not like wearing over the ear headsets or in-ear airbuds. Totally different use cases. I am a total fan.
I have the Kipchoge special edition and love the look. My ear to ear measurement was exactly 9. 25”/23. 5cm, the borderline, so I got the std size. Works fine. I think the mini size might feel tight after prolonged use. I believe Shokz allows for an exchange if fit is an issue.

GREAT UPGRADE

I've been using the Shokz swimming headphones for about 3 years. The Openrun pro 2 is a fantastic upgrade. The sound is phenomenal and I love the fact that I can listen to any and all music (Spotify, Sirius, etc. ) and podcasts.

Not good noise in noisy environments

Couple of things. In regards to regular use on my iPhone that are “ok”. There is a bit of an echo on the other end. A little tinty sounding. I tried to answer a call in a noisy restaurant. I had to go back to the straight iPhone because they could not hear me on the other end. Too much noise.
