I love these headphones. Your product is amazing, however, this new system you have here does not work as well. Talk texting. I also don’t like the whole all over my ear wrap. I just want my old headphones back, but my dog chewed them.
Lastly, the buttons are hard to operate where the old one was just seamless

I understand why the USB-C connector to charge, but I greatly preferred the magnetic connector on your previous units. You did finally fix the delay on wake from sleep bug.
