I love this oven!

Our favorite feature is the air fryer, we had a small one before, but with 6 people in our family it has been so great to be able to use it on a larger scale. The steam clean feature is also great, and has been very useful in keeping the interior looking good. Some other favorite features include the temperature probe, ability to lock the control panel, and that the knobs light up when in use. A few downsides are that others have noted, the knobs can be difficult to read, and the cooktop seems to get dirty a lot easier than other flat top ranges we have had in the past. But all in all, this is a beautiful appliance that works wonderfully.

Beautiful Stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] love the style of this new stove, totally upgraded the look of my kitchen. during the first use, cheese melted onto the bottom of the stove and i was able to wipe it clean with no cleaning products necessary. would highly recommend 10/10.

i have only had it two days. samsung left out one important measurement!
#1: samsun doesn't tell you what floor clearance is needed to be able to meet the std 36" cabinet height. we have electric cables coming out of the floor leading to the plug. with that, the installer had to adjust the height up almost an inch!
#2 none of the pictures show ugly adjustable legs. in my opinion, they should have pushed them back a bit so you don't see them when you walk up to the stove.
#3 delivery guy didn't bring a level. samsung was to include a quick basic tutorial, when we asked he said "i just do install". the anti-tilt wasn't installed, which is fine with me but i think it was suppose to be.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great for Baking

oven is a winner! cooktop is fragile and scratches easily. cooktop is also difficult to keep clean, especially since it appears to attract dust and lint. manufacturer recommendation of using paper towels to wipe off the cooktop, just increases the lint factor by 10.

Love my oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you so much for letting me try the Samsung Air fry oven. So many functions like bake, airfry, and baking bread. This oven is very easy set up and use. I even air fried chicken thighs. This was very messy, but with the self clean function, it was spotless within 2 hrs. Oh put the chicken was beautiful fried and delicious. The illuminating knobs are nice and the 3 burner control are a blessing. It comes with wifi features. Definitely be getting a lot of cooking with this well crafted Samsung Air fryer oven.

Disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the new oven looks beautiful, but that's about the only good thing i can say about it so far. the cooktop works well enough, but nothing i put in the oven cooks good. frozen pizza crust comes out like cardboard, baked bacon too. tried to cook multiple items using the air fryer feature too, still, nothing really coming out crisp. i have tried to calibrate the temperature, raising it by 15 deg, and it hasn't made a difference. also, another feature i was looking forward to using was the smart control feature, but this also disappoints. oven keeps turning off the feature independently, making it useless. i do regret the purchase, and miss my 20 yr old range w/ no extra features, but did cook things properly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Think twice

think twice before ordering any samsung appliances. i understand that currently there is a huge backlog of unfulfilled orders from samsung. i purchased my oven through lowes on 12/02/20. it just got delivered today. almost five months of waiting and in a meanwhile my rebate for free backsplash expired and neither lowes or samsung wants to do anything about it.
on a plus side: oven looks great.
would not recommend just because of waiting.
