Hate this Range

I bought 5 Samsung appliances. I really regret getting the range because:
1) as you can read elsewhere on the internet, the stove knobs turn on if someone brushes up against them—very dangerous. At least once a week I look up to see the stove on when it shouldn't be.
2) the knobs are difficult to read--two burners have multiple sizes to select, but the "large" "middle" and "small" words are very small and angled away from the user. I have to lean over the stove and get very close to the knobs to see what I'm selecting.
3) the oven temperature is inconsistent. It waivers between +20 and -20 degrees from the selected temperature. That's a 40 degree variance!
4) on high, the stove elements turn off so often that it is nearly impossible to get something really hot.
5) to turn on the oven, you have to press the "Smart Dial" at least three times in a series of selections.
6) the elements on the burners do not line up with the white circles drawn on the top.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

DO NOT BUY! GLASSTOPS ARE JUNK!

First, let me say prior to this I was a samsung fan, I have a samsung phone, samsung frig, and samsung washer and dryer. So when it came time to buy a new stove, I figured why not buy a samsung? Samsung evidently has a serious issue with these glasstops, as they are extremely fragile, see picture after 3 times frying eggs with a typical non-stick pan. What you might not be able to see is you can fit your fingernail in there, thus it's cracked or cracking, right? Well you would be wrong according to Samsung. They will not repair or replace this even though you can fit your fingernail in it, even though it's been used 3 times and the tech who looked at it thought it should be replaced. I have contacted Samsung customer service 5 times, and every time they say they will have someone get back to me within 24 hours and then never do. They continue to send the same automated AI text messages which say the same thing over and over again. Their game is to make you so frustrated you stop contacting them. They are not interested in standing behind their product, they are only interested in making money and moving on. I will no longer buy anything samsung related because of this experience.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this a few weeks ago and couldn’t be happier. Remote mode is a cool feature but don’t know if I’ll ever use it. The rapid boil feature is very handy though. The storage drawer is kind of shallow compared to my old range but that was easily dealt with by a little rearranging. Thumbs up on the built-in air fryer too 👍
I would recommend this to a friend!

This range is dangerous!

Do not buy! The design of this range is dangerous! I've had 3 near house burning events in the last 2 years due to how easy it is to turn the burners on with incidental contact to the front knobs. The knobs do not have a strong enough push to turn action. I figured there was nothing I could do except warn everyone in the household to be extra careful, then I got the recall notice and realized I was not alone. However, instead of actually resolving the issue or replacing the range, Samsung is offering free plastic knob covers. They look horrible and cheap on my expensive range, and I don't expect them to have any longevity. This is my first Samsung appliance order and likely my last.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love my oven range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this oven two years ago and I am enjoying it every time I cook. The oven has great functionality , connects to my phone and allows me to control it remotely. The electronic panel is modern and stylish. The dial does turn on easily and may be a problem in household with cats as pets but I enjoy how convenient it is to set cooking modes. I wish the cooktop were easier to clean but my partner always does it well so it’s ok.
I would recommend this to a friend!
