NO QUALITY GLASS TOP

I brought this same range the glass top it is not quality at all, broke 3 month while I was cooking has a hole and the Samsung insurance dare to said "It was cosmetic" the top never seen clean and scratch easily, it is does not put the effort to continue making good quality top glass, NO Recommended this range.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good Features, Terrible Noise

the range looks great and has lots of good features, but the unit makes a terrible rattling noise when the fan runs. we had samsung’s warranty service provider come take a look, but because the noise isn’t due to a faulty part (it’s the fan causing the metal frame to rattle against itself) he wasn’t able to do anything about it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pros and Cons

pros: great range with a boatload of features.
cons: the ceramic cooktop is very sensitive to cookware bottoms. when you order this range, also order weiman's glass cook top cleaner and polish kit....you'll need it. had a kitchen aid electric range for 22 + years and the cook top was bullet proof. not so with this one.
also, you will need a samsung hub for the wi-fi capability.
conclusion: great range but the cooktop needs a serious engineering redesign.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A good range with the worst glas cooktop

i got this electric range after reading good reviews about the product and i either got unlucky or its reviews are misleading cause i ended up with the worst glass cooktop in the market; after the first use one of the burner started bubbling up, then one by one each burner got stained with burn residues that takes more to clean then to cook; called samsung and they sent out a rep just to tell me "nothing to be done, its maintenance"; so if you want your cooking experience nice and easy don't buy it; cooking functions are nice but not nice enough to overcome the cleaning part and very worn top appearance after only 2 months of use; 2 stars cause had a great finger print resistance feature.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

True convection range NE63T8711SS/AA

i have one complaint. i am very disappointed that the clock on my brand new range (model ne63t8711ss/aa) does not stay on!! it stays on for only 10 minutes then shuts off. is there a way to program the clock to stay on all the time, like most other appliances? what is the point of having a clock on the appliance if it does not show?
