Picks up all the dirt!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m honestly loving this robot vacuum! It’s so much better than my last one and actually cleans the whole space without missing spots. The floor mapping is super smart, and being able to control it from the app makes everything so easy. I can just send it to a specific room while I’m doing other stuff. It picks up way more dust and hair than I expected too. If you’re thinking about getting one, I totally recommend this one!

Reliable and low-maintenance vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this vacuum for a few weeks and it does a great job navigating and picking up pet hair. The SmartPath navigation is accurate, and I barely have to empty it mid-clean. Battery life is decent for medium spaces, and the noise level is low enough to run while I’m home. Maintenance is super easy thanks to the self-cleaning brushroll.

Love this vacuum!!

I have had other brands and the suction level on the Shark is far superior to the others (I've tried Eufy and Roomba). The battery life is exceptional. I will admit, I found the mapping set up to be a little more difficult than my former Roomba, but getting it "close" to right is worth the exceptional cleaning level. The Matrix is more quiet than the other robots as well. Run, don't walk to get this or another Shark Robot Vacuum!

the dust pan is to small, I am disappointed, Like my old one the broke better bigger dust pan.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fantastic Investment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this robot vacuum for three weeks, and it's been a great help with kitchen crumbs, dog hair, and other debris downstairs. It does exactly what I need it to do, and I'm very pleased with the results. The app is easy to use, and I was able to set a cleaning schedule and create "no-go zones" after the vacuum did an initial scan of the room. While the mapping could be better—it had some trouble identifying our dining table and chairs—I anticipated this, so it's not a dealbreaker. It's about as loud as a normal vacuum, and overall, I would highly recommend it.

Amazingly greay

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing vacuum that does a wonderful job picking up cat hair. It works so good I no longer need to vacuum with my handheld vacuum. Its is not too loud and the battery lasts a good amount to clean up the house completely.
