Good product, wish it wasn’t subscription based for playback etc

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Arlo Wired Floodlight was super easy to set up, and it’s been working great so far. The light is super bright, and video is pretty crisp and motion detection is good, which gives me peace of mind. The only downside is that I had to move it around a bit outside trying different locations around the porch since the initial spot I chose didn't cover the area I wanted, but once I found the right angle, it’s been solid.
My only gripe is that you need a subscription to go back and view past recordings, which is kind of a bummer. I wish it came with some basic free storage or the option to add your own storage. But overall, it’s a good buy if you're looking for a reliable security light with decent video (and if you want to pay for the subscription, which I think is necessary.)
I’m not sure if we will keep this camera up or go back to our old system, but so far, this is a solid choice.

Great flood light camera to be used at home!

Sharp detail and good audio function

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a nice camera! The video is really nice and there's night vision, which is great. It's a bit finicky to install IMO (why it gets a 4/5) because it needs a constant power to run, so if the power switch gets turned off, so does the camera. If you don't want to pay for the storage of the video, you can use it for just being a non-recording camera too.

It hooks up to the Arlo app, where you have the option to use it without the subscription or with. Installation is super easy- connect the wires in the box and mount it! That’s it!
