I would like to returned them the case didn't stay closed and I lost an ear bud couple of day from using them the sound is excellent the app is also good with good options but the only complain is the charging case it open very easy I want to returned the ear buds and case can you Pease send me a Address or where can I returned for an exchange

Sound is not as loud as expected. Compared these to beats earbuds and beats was still better. Best thing I liked about these is the case.

Ive tried airpods, google pods and many more and these are my favorite by far i would love to check out some more of your headphones but cant afford to right now :/ ive always loved skullcandy since i was a kid with my first ipod, awesome brand. only rife would be the size of the case being a little too large but doesnt bother me much love these headphones!

What happened to the ANC?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first i loved these earbuds when I started to use them, the ANC was what I bought them for and the BOSE sound technology. When the updates came out the AN. Lost some of its functionality and they were no longer solid on the noise cancelling it was almost like it was still in aware mode and I could hear people talking around me at gym. If you guys ever do an update please look at this as I have looked at all the settings and no luck in securing that sound i enjoy so much. All around a solid pair, but! Bring back my complete ANC.
