Giving these 4 stars, I love all the features and the fit is great. On the flip side I do have connectivity issues from time to time. Hoping they'll fix in a software update

Sound is crisp, bass level is perfect, anc just okay

Sound is perfect! Especially with the bass boost. They are also super comfortable, I can wear them for hours and my ears aren’t hurting. The only reason I gave four stars is because the anc isn’t as strong as my beats earbuds. Love my beats but unlike these they hurt my ears when wearing them too long. While the sound is better on the method 360 anc, I still find myself switching back to my beats when I need better anc.

Good, but not good enough.

The good: Great fit. Relatively good value for money if you buy it at the pre-order price. Sound-wise, not too shabby.
The bad: HORRIBLE ergonomics with the case. I have to pull downwards with the logo facing me so that I can return the buds to the case in a natural way. Plus, the case is unnecessarily big. Plus, I'm getting connection issues from time to time with the left earbud, which just drops out of the blue or doesn't connect outright when I take it out of the case. The voice prompt was also horrible when it came out, and is now only slightly less annoying after the patch.

The little clear piece on

The little clear piece on the ear pod does not stay in place when removing pod from the ear. Wish they were a little more wind proof. The sound is classic Bose and I like the fit. I use for recreation and work, 👍🏽‼️
