[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially was going to give 4 stars , but with the recent update (lowering the volume of the voice alerts) this gets a 5 star. Insane sound from these. Battery lasts forever. Never going back to AirPods .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does pair fast, I have to Manuel go in settings because it doesn’t connect automatically like other headphones. Makes a long beeping noise when it’s closed and both earphone are out, 100% need to return. Not worth the cute pattern.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] hi there well my experience has been horrible i cant listen to music because even with my phone near the buds audio keeps cutting and fading in both buds i have tried everything from the troubleshooter page but nothing, today i was walking and i had to turn them off its really annoying i hope i get help i still have faith in them buds! thanks!

I was trying to open the clasp on it and it just broke in half within 5 minutes of opening the packaging. I hope that the rest of the materials are sturdier on last longer.
