The case is a poor

The case is a poor design, complicated return for each bud. Would make more sense as a lid style case than a pull out opposite sides r/l placement. Very customizable button/tap/press options. Initially prompt voice was loud and intrusive. That was corrected via update. Big plus, they listened to other feedback. ANC works well. I shot a firearm outdoors and it muffled that to a barely noticable level. So spot on! Dedicated Spotify isn't necessary, instead an option to open any music app selected that user prefers would be best. But for sure biggest complaint is the case.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Significant improvement in sound quality and fit in the ear from Sesh ANC. The tip from another user of holding the case upside-down before opening so the left earbud is actually on the left side is very helpful.

Ver well put together ear buds. Sound the deep quality that to be expected of Skullcandy. ANC and pass through works well. Case is weirdly designed and feels like I am going to drop the earbuds at any moment.
