i’m having a bad experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i’m having a bad experience with my product. i was able to use it regularly every day for a week and then they went dead on me. the left bud doesn’t charge and the right one would end up just having a light that would stay on even whenever i would put it in my charging case so it would just drain the battery.
So
i have obviously tried to do the warranty and im having to send the product back but im about to currently be gone for months and don’t have time to do it. this product is now sitting at my home while im away and can’t return it and im afraid my warranty period won’t work by the time im back.

I want these to work because my skull crusher anc2 is still working well.
luckily those are my pride and joy. I was hoping these bose and skull candy would work well and not have issues but as other brands i’ve purchased they always have issues with the charging case.
this is one seems to be No different than the others. what are yall able to do to rectify this situation ?

I loved my earbuds, sound

I loved my earbuds, sound is good, it looks cool, and easy to access, although I would love it if maybe you could add a latch or something to clip it closed to the design ensure the case stays closed? Unfortunately I was running with them hooked onto me and one earbud fell out so now I only have one, but glad to still have one at least! Thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely amazing value for the price, super clear sounds with a classic Skullcandy base feel, the included eartips and earwings make them fit my ears amazing and they’re super comfortable, the case is lighter than expected and is super satisfying to use, the skull iq app lets you customize each tap gesture to do pretty much whatever you’d need and it has an in app equalizer, you can also adjust the intensity of the anc or transparent mode to your liking, the battery life is super as well and the case charges them very quickly.
Overall this has been an amazing purchase and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new pair of earbuds.
