[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know if i got a lemon set, I don't know where to start. I have had charging problems, putting them back in case only to have them charged 60 percent the next day. My mic seems to be very weak, I need to talk very loud. I use them mainly to talk to my coworkers while we work. They only last about 4 hours. I find myself now only using one at a time to make them last. Also in the app i cannot save my settings, they change back every time. I can say I am very disappointed!

I don't understand the design

I don't understand the design of the case. The ear buds are fixed to the case backwards and upside-down which is needlessly complicated when's trying to retrieve them and the app doesn't even recognize them as their own brand so it's useless.
