Bluetooth disconnects randomly, voice that tell you the battery % is max volume and there is no way to turn down the voices volume. But other than that these are better than Apple airpods

Ear fit is excellent. I wanted to try these over apple air pods for this reason. Love the sound and the EQ function in the supporting app and the ability to re-assign button actions. Love the charge case. Some cases you drop them or store them loose in a gym bag they’ll go rolling around when the lid pops open.

Love them the audio quality is excellent other things I love are the battery life, overall quality of construction.
My only complaint is the the app is useless if your device is in airplane mode and this model is not available for the Tile app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bass is clear at high volume. The EQ has a nice balance. Doesn’t get lost with bass boost feature either. Highs and mids are clear. Really impressed. They’re comfy. I think the charge case is a tad big. I would recommend buying them!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The look is very awesome. I love the pull down method of being able to just slide the container down and there the headphones are. The loop on top made it easy for packing to travel and I didn’t have to go searching through my bag for head phones.
This was an upgrade for me to have during activities around the house. I was concerned at first because I had never been able to fit the in ear headphones before, due to small ears. The small settings for the ear buds really assisted well. I loved how much they stayed in with ease and even when doing a few other things where the others would fall out these stay right in.
The sound quality is incredible. Books, music, podcast tried all of them and it was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had during all of them.
