Simple install and nicely finished. Seems like a quality unit. A little noisy on highest speed, but that could honestly be due to the 90 degree angle in the duct I needed to plum outside.

Love the features, but the hood lights suck!

I bought this a month ago for my kitchen remodel and my contractor is installing it now. The two small lights in front to light up your range or stove are NOT good! They are tiny and put out zero helpful light!

The hood looks great. I was told though that I needed a non-refundable extension for a 9 foot ceiling. We did not need the extension, and I could not get my money back.

Great hood and FANTASTIC Customer Service

We researched range hoods and Zline products were highly recommended. Our contractor made errors while installing, which was NO fault of Zline. We decided to remove our contractor from this project and do it ourselves. ZLINE was fantastic through the process to help fix our contractors errors. It is now fixed and we are so pleased with the customer service from Zline!
