The lights have had a poor electrical connection, as they have been difficult to turn off. Now they have gone out.

This came scratched but after removing all the blue tape with the contractor and the problems with the stove and the terrible racks on the dishwasher we decided to live with it .

The color on this hood matches none of the other copper in our brand new build. It's almost orange in color. We had to paint it in order to be able to live with it. Very disappointed in the fake/orange color.

Just installed and I have to say I'm very happy. It looks much better than what I thought it would. Installation was quite easy. It really sucks...meaning it could suck a golf ball through a garden hose. The control panel is intuitive and easy to use. It's not extremely heavy so there's really no need to have studs to mount to. That's your choice, but I used heavy duty wall anchors and it's not going anywhere.
There are a couple things that aren't great and I need to call them out. When it's set for the top two speeds it's quite loud. Don't let them fool you by saying it's quiet. On the lowest setting it's reasonable, but you get up higher and it gets quite loud. But luckily it's only on when cooking so it's bearable. The grease cup that mounts on the bottom of the engine has a crappy connection scheme. Feels like it will just fall off. And although I'm grateful they put a protective film on the stainless steel grease filters, for the love of God use something that's not so difficult to get off.
Last thing I will say is the spec. page says it's 30" wide. I was nervous because when my cabinet installed put up my new cabinets he only left me 29-7/8" inches. After reading this was 30" I was preparing myself to have to move my cabinets over a little bit. But luckily the hood is actually 29-1/2" wide so I had plenty of room to fit between my cabinets.
In summary the hood looks great, it sucks great and installation is quite easy. Highly recommended. The minor issues are not enough to not consider buying it.

Love the telescoping chimneys.

We've recently renovated our kitchen to put up a range hood. When we bought it, the agent made it clear the kitchen needs an update because it's not well ventilated and there's no exhaust. I'm glad we were able to buy this range hood. We didn't have a hard time installing it because it has everything we need. In fact, I was a bit surprised it came with telescoping chimneys.
