Works great so far

Had mine for a month, works great, the burners on the cooktop are amazing. I thought I had issue with the oven at first, so I contacted the manufacturers, they answered really fast (like, an hour???) and was super helpful. Turns out I was just not using the oven setting knob correctly and now everything works smoothly.

Love the oven, hate the burners

I love the french door oven, but the burners are pretty bad. The non-20K burners maintain high burn until you almost reach low. Only the last 20% of the know rotation is used to lessen the flame. I contacted support, sent them a clear video, and they told me that it was doing what it was designed to do. I told them that it was a broken design if medium on the knob isn't medium flame. They essentially told me to deal with it. The 20K burner is only slightly better because it has a separate mid point for when the main burner turns off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
