I initially had some issues with the range. I called Forno and they promptly responded and solved all my problems with a replacement. I have nothing but good to say about this company. They went above and beyond and that is rare indeed. I thank you..

Looks great, missing some extremely basic features

Good quality and looks great. But how do I know when the oven has pre-heated? It makes no sound, and there is no light that changes status. Beyond cooking food, this has to be one of the most basic requirements of an oven. Even the most inexpensive models on the market tell you when the oven has reached temperature. The manual makes no reference to pre-heating notifications.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
