Got it on time, install was simple, love the idea of having a remote motor, it makes a drastic difference of being quiet in the kitchen, compared to having motor inside the actual hood, very happy with it, would recommend it to buying it to anyone, and will buy it again when I need a new one again.. excellent product.

Hood came as planned and install was fairly easy. I installed it solo. It looks great!
Only one thing I would change, the controls are on the rear of the unit so you have reach over the stove to tun it off and on. Not an issue with me, I am 6'2", not good for shorter people.

I was looking for a wooden hood and these were the only reasonably price hoods that I could find. I bought it without having many reviews to read hoping it would work. We love it. Not only is it well made and beautiful the fan works well. We weren't able to add the chimney due to our low ceilings but it still looks great.
