We love this machine so much, I told my husband we need to name her, lol. It is so nice to be able to set and save your daily coffee choice, and then just choose a different treat when desired. This replaced 3 appliances on our counter, a kettle, Nespresso and Keurig. We are very happy with this purchase.

A very nice machine, produces good espresso, however, the message to change the drip tray and empty coffee. ground tray comes on before I make a drink, during a drink, which stops the process, and after. There is nothing even in the drip tray or ground tray when the message comes on. It’s really frustrating to use after only a few days of use. This message comes on nonstop. It’s nice. The machine is so intuitive, however it’s either extremely sensitive or there’s an error at the message keeps coming on. I may prefer a manual machine?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Even my cappuccino was pleasantly surprised on how delicious it is with freshly grounded beans and brewed!

The BEST tasting coffee ever!

The coffee flavor / quality is exceptional! I thought I was crazy spending so much on a coffee maker. I figured I would only keep it if the flavor was the best I ever tasted. Well it is an amazing flavor, best I’ve had. The instructions may seem intimidating but it is actually so easy and quick to make the perfect coffee or milk coffee ever. The frothing gadget is great too. So far I’m glad and excited about having purchased this machine. No regrets at this point! I had about nine coffee machines I had purchased over the years and many different brands but this one replaces all of them and feels like I will never need another machine. There are so many options for making different types of drinks. Every single one I have chosen the taste has been amazing. Honestly, I think the flavor and quality is better than the high priced coffee chains.

Love this machine for having it for only one month. Our family was looking for something that was automatic and was easy to use. As well as told you exactly what to do for keeping up with your machine like cleaning, filling up water, emptying coffee grounds, filling up with more beans, etc. We like the fact that if gives you so many coffee options and you can customize and save your drinks for each person in the household. Well worth every penny! Only learning curve is just figuring out how to make specialty drinks and what to add to them.

We came back from a few weeks in Italy and our regular morning routine was not cutting it. I wanted to be able to wake up, press a button and have a delicious cappuccino, or shaken espresso. This machine is a dream, and I don't know how I lived for 42 years without it. :) If you are thinking about it, just do it. Easy to use, easy to clean, delicious drinks.

I love this espresso machine. I just wish I could make it hotter. I did follow the directions to make it hotter but I wasn’t hot enough for me still. After brewing the coffee. I would have to put it in the microwave for like a minute to two. My favorite coffee on the setting is the cortado. I also love it that it has different options on what kind of coffee I like or feel like having.
