It is beyond easy to use. The touch screen completely walks you through the entire setup and after that, choosing what kind of coffee delight you want to enjoy is literally as easy as selecting the photo. I will never use another machine again. I should also mention this replaced a very expensive Breville so you know I am in love. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to give my new favorite appliance a try. My days will now always begin with a heavenly treat!!

It has multiple options on what type of coffee you want to make and the best thing is that it isn't loud. It also produces rich, flavorful espresso with a good crema. The design is both stylish and compact, fitting well in various kitchen spaces. Overall I love this machine and it is so worth buying.

Versatile Machine that makes more than espresso

It's a versatile machine that makes not only espresso but also coffee & milk-based drinks as well. We have a Keurig, but we're hoping this can fully replace that over time.

It walks you through the whole set-up process, step by step so you are ready to enjoy your machine and be confident in using it as your daily coffee machine. This machine is designed to fit in a slim spot be see it’s not wide but it has length which helps fit into smaller spaces. It has two bean hoppers which lets you have two coffee beans on hand and easy to use at all times with a simple twist. This machine has made the best cappuccino and lattes I have ever tasted in my life and I have drank these drinks in several countries including Maldives… it’s amazing and the design is perfect and maintenance is easy it’s such an enjoyable experience that my kids are now obsessed with making a drink for me in the morning or afternoon because of how simple it is to use once you get the hang of it. I highly recommend this automatic coffee machine over any other machine if you’re considering it just get it trust me you’ve never tried anything like it!

Incredible, cannot recommend enough

I do not consider myself a coffee connoisseur by any means so who knows how the “professionals” would rate, but as an amateur I think this espresso machine is amazing. I drink coffee daily so using my nepresso or visiting my local coffee stand gets pretty pricey, however the amount of effort it takes to operate a normal espresso machine is not only intimidating but also time consuming and annoying. This machine does everything for you aside from cleaning out the grinds and filling the water tank. The milk carafe pieces are also dishwasher safe which is very convenient. I was worried prior to using for the first time because the instruction manual is intimidating and serious, but the machine literally tells you when to do everything. It’s incredible. I genuinely don’t know why anyone would prefer a traditional machine over one of these automatic ones when this makes it so easy! 100/10 recommend cannot say enough good things
