Amazing !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine was slightly difficult to set up, but it is high tech and has many pieces so that is expected. It is SO user friendly though. It can take grinds and whole beans. It does need to be filled with grinds each time but holds a huge supply of beans. It has user profiles and can store drink orders. The coffee spout is adjustable so almost any cup can fit under it - mugs etc. at first I thought it needed a short mug, please read the instructions throughly because you will save yourself the frustration. The cleaning feature is unreal compared to comparable machines I have used. It forces hot water through the milk spout rather than you bringing water to the spout after the fact. The milk section comes off and can go in the fridge so no milk is wasted if you are still getting used to the settings / how much you need. You can just bring it back and forth! The coffee is smooth frothy and delicious and doesn’t separately require you to move the mug to froth your milk. It comes out two separate spouts into your mug in one place. The machine gives you a step by step on the screen it doesn’t let you skip steps. I’m obsessed. It is expensive but it definitely has features that other machines do not including the automatic grinder the ease of cleaning the milk container. I’m surprised slightly that it can’t store more than one use of grounds but that’s not an issue. The scoop is stored above the funnel and is simple to refill it is hidden under a small compartment and is very user friendly ! It has many options for type of coffee. Size customizable. The machine is a little noisy but not crazy / no different than any other machine I’ve heard. It’s quick so it isn’t truly an issue. You obviously cannot silently grind beans. So it couldn’t really be quieter.

It’s small enough that it doesn’t crowd the counter and would surely fit under upper cabinets, I also love the sleek and simple design. I appreciate that I can switch out the beans depending on what I’m craving, and the different profiles make this easy to accommodate everyone’s likes. The frother is removable, and all of the pieces and parts are easy to clean. It is absolutely amazing that I can get a perfectly brewed cup at the touch of a button and don’t even have to leave my house!

Huge upgrade from my regular black coffee in the morning, and WAY cheaper than stopping for coffee on the way to work. With so many options, I can have a variety of drinks. My favorites are the latte and cappuccino, which I can customize with different types of milk, froth level, number of espresso shots, etc. The machine has been very easy to clean, especially since it prompts me to do so, and therefore does not get overly dirty by delaying cleanings. It is overall very easy to use. I’m a huge fan!
