[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The De'Longhi Rivelia coffee maker is a next level experience for coffee lovers. My house smells like a coffee shop while the machine is brewing. It has 4 user profiles and is very easy to switch between the profiles, with each having their own color light up on the machine top to verify it's the correct user. It comes with 2 hoppers, so I can switch out my preferred coffee with my husband's preferred coffee easily. Cleaning the machine itself is very easy, as it does much of it itself, and the bottom slides out to reveal the grounds. There's a hidden storage area on the top with a steam valve and brush. Using the machine is very easy in and of itself, the full color display is wonderfully enthusiastic with its animations and salutations. The customization is intense, with the ability to select the size of the cup, intensity of the extraction, and even how much foam to add (the "my" feature allows you to stop if you prefer less foam ratio with the coffee selection, which it will remember). You can save settings even down to the time of day you prefer each style of coffee. Some notable things to consider that make it less than 5*. The foam dispenser does not clean the entire container, just the spout. However I noticed after cleaning that the next coffee to use foam had water at the beginning, meaning it's not fully discharging it. If you wait awhile between foam uses, I would not love the idea of water trapped in the valve being put in my coffee. A day between uses wasn't enough to dry the interior chamber. It's always possible that the machine is sending fresh water through it ahead of the foam, but why, if it's already clean would that be necessary. The second thing is that the height of the coffee spout doesn't lift high enough for my travel mug. It has a travel mug size indicator on the screen, but I have not yet figured out a way to physically do it yet due to the base drip tray that has the used grounds container integrated. Finally, the coffee comes out at a drinkable temperature. I know this will be personal preference but I'm used to hot coffee. If I leave it for 20 minutes, it's still hot. This is borderline warm, so it needs immediate consumption or a coffee warmer tray to sit on. Just a quirk I was not prepared for and found different, as my on the go routine in the morning differs so I need to adjust this into it. It's also not going to get water hot enough for black tea steeping either. The drip tray definitely needs to not be moved, as it self-cleans before shutting itself off and drips water (about 20 minutes after the last activity). It also does this during warm up, so beware if you place your cup there when you first wake it up. So overall it's a really strong contender for an at home all-in-one beans to cup option, but with some cleaning quirks that take getting used to.

The screen lets you create multiple users, so everyone can have their own customized favorites at the push of a button. It’s simple to maintain- it rinses itself and lets you know when to empty the grinds: Plus it’s so pretty!

The coolest thing I've ever seen!!

This is by far the coolest,modern and tech savvy coffee maker or even appliance I've ever seen not only does it make AWESOME drinks but it tells you when to clean it (it auto cleans with the push of a button) it even has profiles for different people in the house and it saves your favorite drinks to your profile so there's no need to go through the drinks every time! Just click your profile (Touchscreen) and all your favorites are right there!!I'm telling you this thing is tech savy I've had it 2 weeks and still don't know what all it can do! It crushes beans for a stronger coffee brew you can fill up the frother with milk then just pull it out and stick it in the fridge till your ready to use it next time! They really thought of it all then added a ton of extras witth this bad boy I honestly can't say enough about it... it makes the absolutely Best espressos (my favorite) and if it's not big enough (I like a double in the morning) u just click extra! It's soooo easy to clean and the touch screen tells you step by step how to do it while you're doing it...it even tells you when to refill water and beans it literally guides u through everything i feel like its soooo much more sanitary bc it cleans the milk frother after each use worth onle click...it's so Bougie and i never use that word (so I probably used it wrong) but if there's a machine worthy of it its this one!!WORTH EVERY PENNY!! And I would go buy one 5 minutes after playing with it if I didn't get this one!

Our New Favorite Coffee Maker!!!

It was super easy to put together and the machine has a step by step guide to getting it setup that is fool proof and easy to follow for anyone. It has the ability to setup multiple profile and save your preferred drinks which is amazing. It is a quiet machine, the noisiest part is the grinding of the beans. My favorite so far has been the latte setting. The milk frother has multiple functions the middle selection has been perfect and it makes the best Starbucks inspired drinks from home. You will always want to keep a cup under the spout it self cleans after making a cup as well as running water through the frother so it doesn’t get yucky. We have been dumping the milk holder after use and cleaning it to keep the machine nice. Overall amazing machine, highly recommend for avid coffee lovers!

Fully automatic! No guess work to get the perfect

A fully automatic espresso machine will take all the guess work out of getting the perfect espresso. Completely customizable and yes, automatic! Choose from a variety of milk or water based coffees from espressos, lattes, cappuccino, or americano. It even dispenses hot water and warm mill at the push of a button on the colorful digital touch screen. It froths milk I 3 different ways to further perfect your cup of joe. 4 different profiles can be used by 4 different people in your home so everyone gets coffee their own way. As you go making coffee, it learns what you like and the display begins showing you your fave options first. Dual coffee bean canisters so you can change easily from 2 different types of beans or from regular ton decaf. The only thing that I wish was better is the measurements on the milk container and the water receptacle. The max fill line and the measurements are hard to see on both. Just be careful not to overfill and you'll be fine. It can easily accommodate taller coffee mugs, too, so that's a definite plus! I highly recommend this FULLY AUTOMATIC espresso machine!

Powerhouse, easy to use but slow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The riviela has a shoebox-sized footprint, taking up less counter space than comparable coffeemakers. Despite coming with multiple accessories (extra bean grinding hopper, for example) and looking at first glance like it would be annoyingly complicated, it’s a breeze to set up. Plug in, follow the prompts on screen and it’s ready to go in under two minutes. Customize the size and strength of a whole menu of coffees from espresso macchiato to flat white or americano. The latte is great but the milk frothing reservoir and nozzle does an auto clean after each use which slows down the already not-speedy preparation of each drink. The regular coffee setting at medium strength was much stronger than any reasonable coffee drinker would expect so it will take some trial and error to customize our preferences. For ease of use and options it’s amazing. For the whole family to have a cup of coffee together…not so much unless you want to wait around for twelve to fifteen min while the other two people’s coffees are brewed and dispensed.

There are so many drink options to be made and it’s as easy as selecting the picture! Technology and Incredible Coffee hand in hand! Cleaning is easy, and maintenance simple enough.
