I am regretting purchasing the Duo Pan Cam. The views cannot be separated in the app. The notifications cannot be separated. I thought I was getting two cameras that share a mount and a power supply. Instead in many ways it operates as one camera. I wish I would have purchased a separate fixed camera and Pan Cam instead of the Duo.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there! Thank you for sharing your experience with the Wyze Duo Cam Pan. We truly appreciate your honest feedback and understand your concerns. Here’s some clarification about how the Wyze Duo Cam Pan works:
Two Cameras in One Device: The Wyze Duo Cam Pan combines a stationary (fixed) camera and a pan-and-tilt camera into a single unit. While this provides comprehensive coverage, both cameras are managed together within the app.
App Experience: The views and notifications from both cameras are not separated in the app—they function as a unified device rather than two completely independent cameras.
Design Intent: The goal was to offer complete coverage with one device, sharing a mount and power supply, but with a single interface for simplicity. We understand that this may not meet everyone’s expectations, especially if you were hoping for two fully independent cameras. Your feedback is valuable and helps us improve our products and user experience.

I love these cameras you can keep a eye where you want and look around and track at the same time and the cameras images are great and the price cant be beat!
Works pretty well. Color isn't as nice as expected and it keeps mistaking a garden flag for a person. The camera that pans around often gets stuck in one position .

Hi there! Thank you for sharing your experience with the Wyze Duo Cam Pan! We’re here to help you get the best performance from your camera. Here are some steps you can take to address the issues you mentioned:
1. Improving Color Quality: Make sure the Wyze app is up to date. Check that your Wyze Duo Cam Pan’s firmware is current. Clean the camera lens gently with a soft cloth to remove any dust or debris. Adjust the camera’s resolution from the live stream by tapping the resolution icon and setting it to 2K for the best image quality. Cycle through Night Vision Mode in the camera’s settings under Advanced Settings (Auto, On, Off) and set it to Auto. Restart or power cycle the camera if needed. 2. Reducing False Person Detections (Garden Flag): Adjust the Detection Settings in the camera’s settings: Set Motion Detection Sensitivity to a lower level. Use the Detection Zone feature to exclude the area where the garden flag is located. Customize Detections under Event Recording to fine-tune what the camera tags and notifies you about.
3. Pan Feature Getting Stuck: Ensure the app and firmware are up to date. Confirm that at least two Waypoints are set up for Pan Scan to function properly. Calibrate the camera in the Pan Cam Controls section. Power cycle the camera by unplugging it for 5-10 seconds and plugging it back in. If the issue persists, consider performing a factory reset.
