The cameras have good video but the audio is bad. When we try to use the 2 way audio, it always clicks and beeps every second and isn't easy to hear each other. That's disappointing but it's too much trouble for us to submit logs, and give all the info for both cams, to try to exchange them for properly functioning audio. Unfortunately we're very busy and don't have the time for all of that. Especially since I've read other complaints in the forum about this issue, where they exchanged them only to get the same problem with their new cams...Sometimes 3 times in a row. I don't have that kind of time. I give the cams 4 stars because the video quality is good. I just wish the audio was good too, especially since they cost more than my v2' s which sound better since they don't have this issue.
