I like almost everything about

I like almost everything about this kettle, except the sluggish switch. The on/off switch on the base requires 2 or 3 tries to respond. It feels like just the right touch is needed for it to connect. I'm hoping it won't eventually fail. I like the ease of dialing in the temperature for specific teas that like less than boiling water. The fact that it holds the temp when you replace the kettle on the base sort of makes up for the touchy switch :). It's also an attractive piece to look at on the counter at 5:00 AM.

The first tea kettle worked

The first tea kettle worked twice and then stopped working. We returned it and ordered a replacement directly from the company. This one never worked. Returned without difficulty. Will not buy it again.

This is a beautifully designed

This is a beautifully designed piece visually as all your products are, but it doesn’t function well as a tea kettle. It feels as if your expertise is in coffee, not tea. This kettle is too small. It’s fine if you are making a single cup or two of tea. But tea lovers usually drink much more at a time. With your kettle’s limited water volume, I have to actually boil two kettles of water to have enough hot water to make one pot of tea. Also it is less important to have a temperature hold function as it just assures the water evaporates quickly making even less available to use and it would be very desirable to have an automatic turnoff when the set temperature is reached for safety and efficacy. In addition this is the first electric kettle I have bought that doesn’t have a bell or chime alert you to when the desired temperature is reached. This is absolutely critical and essential. The first pot I purchased from you was literally fried when I inadvertently forgot I had it on and it just eventually kept boiling way until nothing was left and the wiring malfunctioned. These are basic fail safe functions on most if not all other electric kettles I have owned. So all in all your kettle is definitely the most beautiful on the market, but it’s functionality is okay at best.

Looks great on our counter and works fast and easy! We make Matcha and coffee and other teas and so to be able to easily heat to the appropriate temp makes our drinks the best they can be!

The kettle is very nice

The kettle is very nice to look at, but we were disappointed that the button to turn it on is pretty fidgety and needs to be pressed multiple times to work, and that there is no sound to indicate when the water is done. Not what I would’ve expected from such a pricey electric kettle
