This is a beautifully designed

This is a beautifully designed piece visually as all your products are, but it doesn’t function well as a tea kettle. It feels as if your expertise is in coffee, not tea. This kettle is too small. It’s fine if you are making a single cup or two of tea. But tea lovers usually drink much more at a time. With your kettle’s limited water volume, I have to actually boil two kettles of water to have enough hot water to make one pot of tea. Also it is less important to have a temperature hold function as it just assures the water evaporates quickly making even less available to use and it would be very desirable to have an automatic turnoff when the set temperature is reached for safety and efficacy. In addition this is the first electric kettle I have bought that doesn’t have a bell or chime alert you to when the desired temperature is reached. This is absolutely critical and essential. The first pot I purchased from you was literally fried when I inadvertently forgot I had it on and it just eventually kept boiling way until nothing was left and the wiring malfunctioned. These are basic fail safe functions on most if not all other electric kettles I have owned. So all in all your kettle is definitely the most beautiful on the market, but it’s functionality is okay at best.

It is pretty disappointed

I really like the design but they poorly manufactured surfaces. The paper tag was stacked in the root of handle. I tried to remove it by scratching it with soft pin but the paper still persist and the surface coating is removed. Wish they could have replace my product.

To be perfectly honest, I don’t have another electric kettle to compare this to as it’s my first one. However, what I can say is it is amazing. Works great, super fast, I love the preset options, and on top of all that, it’s beautiful. I truly can’t believe I’ve lived this long without an electric kettle… Definitely recommend.

I have it and I gave it to my son. Good on so many levels, look and design are primary - use it for tea, heat water for cooking, and for warming my coffee pods too - multi use and so fast.

Absolutely amazing kettle. Beautiful aesthetic with the matte black and walnut handles. Incredible features in setting temperature for ideal cups of coffee, tea or hot cocoa. I love the spout on this kettle, I find the goose necks take too long to fill up a cup for tea! I find the temperature control intuitive and easy to use, and the whole piece feels solid and well made. I also like the addition of the wood handle and knob on top- it really elevates the whole look
