I love this kettle. It’s intuitive, sexy, and convenient. The auto boil makes my routine effortless, and reminds me when I should be getting out the door for work!

An excellent upgrade

Bought this as a gift for my partner, he’s an avid tea drinker. It is quite the upgrade to our past electric kettle!! The design is gorgeous and it feels great in your hand. The timer and other options are wonderful. We had no issues with the lid being too hot for refilling. Overall it’s terrific. And makes us happy every time we use it!

I bought this to replace a 4 year old Stagg EKG kettle (moving past goal temps to 212 despite all scale being cleaned out), and it has been working well. I like this one better because of the non-gooseneck spout for speedier pouring when I need to fill up a thermos to be on the go with my tea.
I did have a little hiccup at the start because I misunderstood the instruction manual and thought it was requiring wifi plus app to adjust some of the more advanced settings, but after some clarification from the support team, I am glad to say that is not required. You do just need an outlet and electricity to plug it into.
I like the easy adjustment of temperatures for making tea where I routinely infuse the leaves multiple times, and for my morning senchas and gyokuro, I change temperature each infusion.
Hoping for a longer period of trouble-free use with this kettle.
