Great so far—fast, quiet and pretty. I've had it for about a month and haven't had any issues. The best think is I haven't burned myself like other crappy electric kettles with weird pieces that get hot near the handles.
This kettle is exactly what I was looking for. Perfect temperature control, easy settings and changes, quick to bring water up to temperature set and hold, schedule for hot water for my tea when I awaken, and perfect drip-free pouring. Hope it lasts forever!
The best thing for a quick cup of afternoon tea! Easy to use and quickly heats to the correct temperature for green, black and herbal teas. I was a little reluctant to purchase initially because of the price but so far it has been completely worth it! I’m impressed with how much better even my supermarket tea is! (I was just running hot water from my Keurig before it died). It is also nice looking and has a small footprint in the kitchen (wish I had spent slightly more money for the walnut handled pot). It pours easily with no splashing and produces less steam than expected (I am very careful with it and follow all of the safety directions because it does get hot). Highly recommend and I think it would also make a great gift.
Fellow makes one of the more thoughtfully-designed electric tea kettles. The design is simple and unassuming with an ergonomic knob/button for controlling the temperature and a separate menu button for accessing other features such as scheduling the kettle to turn on and, apparently, playing tetris (bricky). Long-pressing the knob activates a stopwatch; it would be nice if there was also a countdown timer. The kettle can receive firmware updates, so maybe they will add a countdown timer in the future. Temperature control is rapid and precise. The kettle itself is adequately sized (about 0.9 L = 4 cups), the pour is not-too-slow and not-too-fast for tea. The inside is all stainless steel with a silicone gasket around the temperature probe. The inside of the lid is stainless steel with a black silicone gasket. The outside of the lid is polypropylene plastic. Although it doesn't touch the water, be prepared for a plastic smell during the first week of use. Other than the lid, the kettle is single-wall and not insulated, so the outside is scalding to touch. It would be nice if they made a double-wall version. The price point is expensive, and if you want a gooseneck kettle there are more affordable alternatives (e.g. Greater Goods) with similar features, but this is the best tea kettle out there right now.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love this small kettle. It is just right for 2. It heats up quickly and the hold function is great.
