I like this kettle. Sometimes the temperature is a bit wonky, but, most of the time, it's spot on. This company is a pleasure to deal with. I've had more serious temperature problems with a couple of their kettles, and they were quick to respond and sent me out a new one, right away. I'm hoping this one stays on track.

Like the spout better than our old one with the thin spout - it was too slow and annoying for 90% of our pours

I love the sleek design, and the size is perfect for one or two people. It has a dial to change the heat setting, which I prefer over pressing buttons.
