The best kettle I have ever purchased. Lightweight and incredibly well made. We can dial the temperature of the water to the exact degree, perfect for teas which can have wide water temperature ranges. The smaller profile is perfect for leaving on counter, looks great too. Family members have used it and have purchased one for themselves.

This kettle is PERFECT! Very well made and stylish design. The engineering that went into the functionality is tops - easy dialed temperature control / identification noting temp and hold when desired temp is reached. Pours perfectly
I dry the inside after every use, just to make sure no residue accumulates

The single button on the device doesn't always work; I often have to press it twice to get it to turn on. For a device that costs literally 5x that of competitors, it's disappointing...
