Base of this doesn't allow for the kettle to sit snugly on top - so the kettle wobbles. Not what I want from a very expensive vessel filled with boiling water.

2 suggestions to make a great product even better

These kettles are wonderful looking, w a handle w great tactile feel that’s a joy, clean pouring, w a well thought out user interface. I’d make two suggestions: a temp setting dial that is speed sensitive, so faster turns cause faster changes, and slow turns allow precision settings to a particular temp. Right now, it can take too many turns to go from 170 degrees to t212. Second, a larger capacity so I can heat water for more than two cups of tea. One last feature that’s great: it’s quiet when heating. Other kettles sound like a jet taking off; this one is nice and quiet! Very nice!

My favorite feature is the temp hold. Sometimes you get busy and need to start all over. Not a problem anymore with this kettle.

Thi thing works great, I do with the app was more user friendly - for example it should be easy to type in and go and then you should be able to control it all from the app. I’ve had issues trying to connect my mine. But other than that th regular interactive settings are great!

For tea drinkers

I love this kettle more than I expected. I love tea and can set the temp to whatever specifications my various teas require. The kettle will also hold that temp long enough for a gongfu tea session, about an hour. It’s also perfect for my moka pot and heats up so quickly. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful and high quality - want simple directions!

We just opened this and it's beautiful and very high quality. I feel like I could really use some simple directions like:
A) how to turn on.
B) how to turn off
C) how to stop "hold"
D) easy tips on best temp for coffee, tea, oatmeal etc.

Beautiful, functional kettle

Bought this to replace a broken, ugly Target kettle. It looks so cute in my kitchen. I love the sleek look and the wood accents. It also works great - it produces much less excess steam than my old kettle and heats very quickly.
