Rust, poor quality

I’ve had this kettle for about six months now. Despite my efforts to take good care of the kettle, there is paint chipping near the lid and rust inside the kettle which can’t be safe to drink. There is also no auto off when no water is detected as advertised. While I like the design and temperature accuracy of the kettle, it does not hold up over time and not worth the money in my opinion.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wonderful kettle

I really like this kettle! While it is a little small, it’s many options for heating and holding the water temperatures far outweigh its size. Also, it heats up so quickly, it’s amazing. It can hold the selected temp for up to an hour with the touch of a button. It’s stylish and pretty. I looked at many kettles before making my decision. I’m very pleased with my choice.

Beautiful and well crafted

Love this kettle. It is very beautifully designed and I love that it has different temperatures for different types of coffee/tea. I absolutely love the color and it is well crafted. Only thing is that I wish the chime sound was more of a chime or bell, etc. instead of a small beep, but that’s very minor. Hoping it will last a long time

Great features although a smaller water capacity than my prior Cuisinart water kettle

I've only been using this for about a week. It's beautifully designed, although its water capacity is smaller than I expected (enough for two regular-sized pour-overs for coffee, max). I like the ability to fine-tune the temperature settings since I make both coffee and loose-leaf tea. Stylish and I love the color.
