Been using it for 1.5 weeks and it's great! The only weird thing is when I put in fresh water and turn on the kettle, the temperature just jumps to 93 C on the screen read out and sits there until the actual temperature surpasses 93 C.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the new teapot

I bought this about 1 month ago. The water heats up so fast and to the perfect temperature. The green tea tastes so much better with the accurate temperature. It is very easy to use and it looks beautiful on the counter.

Great Kettle and company

We love this kettle. The settings for different brews is great and the auto hold. We have had a couple of situations it stopped working but the SERVICE is amazing!. Both times a new kettle & base were shipped out within a week to replace the old one.. Which is always great to know if you have a problem.

I bought this for daily use at my office. It's great! I feel like I got my money's worth. I often brew different varieties of tea, so I love the precise temperature control. It quietly and quickly brings water to temperature, and the user interface is pleasantly simple. I opted for the Pro Studio edition because it looks so nice, and I'm quite happy with this choice.
