Form & Function Perfection!!

I absolutely love my Corvo EKG electric kettle. The ‘work of art’ design is so pleasing to look at, the perfectly balanced pot and ergonomic handle make pouring even and secure and a total pleasure each and every time I use it! Temperature control knob is intuitive — no instructions needed right out of the gate. I vacillated between purchasing the Corvo and the gooseneck for our daily Aeropress pour. Reviews I read preferred the gooseneck, finding the slow pour control preferable. I don’t love the look of the gooseneck and pouring is achingly slow when pouring directly into cups plus I’m partial to the compact shape of the Corvo as it sits on the counter. I’m so glad I followed my heart and chose the Corvo!! Aeropress pouring is ideal and adding hot water to mugs for coffee finishing is quick & efficient. Making matcha and other teas has been just as enjoyable. Improvements? A way to magically hide the stiff cord, having two preset temperatures and a gentle beep when ready would be very convenient but otherwise I am completely satisfied and over the moon with the Corvo EKG!

Fantastic kettle

An overall fantastic kettle, I enjoy the smaller squat size as it fits under my bathroom sink and is easy to fill.
The aesthetics of the kettle it’s self is beautiful and it’s very well built. It feels solid and high quality.
The know also feels solid and is satisfying to turn.
The only negative is that there is no beep or a nice bell when the water is fully heated.

Very efficient, compact, well balanced handle and spout. Easy to clean.
On-off switch often requires a number of presses before activated.
Never reaches 212 degrees ... when the kettle is sitting on the base 208/09 seems to be maximum temperature.

Beautiful, Comfortable, & Simplistic

Overall, one of the best - if not, the best - looking tea kettles on the market. The feel of the kettle, the aesthetic, the feel, all excellent. The temperature/power knob feels solid and sturdy. Why I was surprised about how flimsy the toggles for hold and C°/F° feel. Granted, you don’t touch or see them often so after initial setup I forget about that.
What I would love to see in the future are presets added. Perhaps 2-4 programmable buttons. I usually switch between 165° for Matcha and 212° for herbal teas and scrolling between those two numbers is a tad annoying.
Lastly, it’s expensive. Way above most on the market. If other manufacturers start making more visually appealing kettles then they will have some real competition.

The kettle is very cool looking. However, even when filled to the max line the kettle sputters and boils over.
I wrote customer care with my concern, was asked to send photos, serial and order numbers etc. which I did right away. It's now been one week since I wrote and have heard nothing back.
