Internet is slow to work...keeps dropping it. Backlighting does not help. In fact, I can't see some of the letters and numbers a lot of the time. Nice size, though, and light. 17 hour battery only goes about 8 hours or so.

To resolve the issue with the internet connection, please verify if the laptop is within range to an established wireless router or access point and internet service is stable and working properly. Also, please check if the unit is running with the most current system Windows and WIFI driver update. Regarding the color contrast on keyboard, it is recommended to turn it off or adjust the keyboard brightness level while working in a well illuminated room or area, by tapping the hotkeys, "Fn + F7", repeatedly.

So far I like it, not as fast as I was expecting. Keypad is a little small.

Computer is great for college, light, long battery life, screen easy to look out for long periods of time. Build quality is good and mine is still as new, also they got crazy warranties on these so that's a plus. Only downside is that the integrated AI, which is probably (hopefully) a work in progress doesn't stand up to competitors
