The app disconnects sometimes and I have to unplug and plug back in the lamp to reconnect

I recently ordered the Nanoleaf Smart Floor Lamp and the lighting tube doesn't actually fit in the casing. The bottom of the tube sticks out after assembly. It looks terrible. I will request a refund soon.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
