Haven't been able too get it to work at all yet. I will work on it more when I have a day off, but so far I've taken it apart a few times and made sure everything is connected properly.

Litter hopper instal and operation

The installation was very easy
We have had the hopper installed for a week, and it just started adding litter. The optimal level is way below the fill line, but seems to be working. Would be nice if there was a way to calibrate the fill level.

Only released a small amount litter only when checking connection.

Bought new addition to litter Robot that supposed to ameliorate the litter refill task by having a storage and refill container that’s electrically connected and releases litter when it deems appropriate.
So far only released when I tested connection.
The litter is about a 1/4” below litter circle line.

I love my litter hopper. It is so nice not to have to deal with litter every few days. I recommend it wholeheartedly I have just order two more.

Exactly What I Wanted

I was always pretty bad about keeping the litter at exactly the right height. I would also overfill it when I would, leading to waste. This addition has been exactly what I wanted. The waste drawer fills up perhaps a tiny bit faster, but software updates should fix any issues like that.

I’m so glad I bought this! I usually don’t buy the accessories but this seemed very promising & it did not disappoint. I’ve been using it for about 3 weeks now it works flawlessly.

Works but has opportunity to be better

Seems to let the litter get really low then spends several cycles catching up. Would like to be able to manually trigger.
