Fantastic Addition to Your Robot

The LitterHopper is a super convenient addition to our Litter Robot 4. Now, besides not having to scoop, I don't have to worry about the litter level. It did take some time to get it to work properly (we failed to complete the instillation correctly). Now it works perfectly and is an invaluable addition . The excellent and caring service agent walked us through each step, plus corrected the problem of our cats weights not registering properly. If you love cats and convenience it is absolutely priceless! Thanks so much for making my life even easier!

It was shipped on time and in good condition. It was very easy to install. No problem getting it into the app. I now have no problem with my guys that like a lot of litter to dig in. It does what it says it will do. One less thing for me to worry about. Good addition. Glad to see that you are always working on ways to improve the robots.

Love the LitterHopper

It has been 1 week since I've had the LitterHopper and I love it! Everytime I check. the litter is at the fill line in the globe. I was skeptical of buying something that was newly released but I shouldn't have been because it works perfectly.

If you have an LR4, get this. No if ands or buts.

I’ve got 7 cats and 2 LR4s serving them. I’ve been wanting the hopper for a long time.
Pros:
* Always the right amount of litter.
* No more over torque errors from over filling
* No more wasted litter by overfilling
* Seamless Install
Cons:,
- No deterministic modification of litter hopper being low. Just presumptive based on whether or not the litter level raises after a dispensing. A sensor would be nice.
- I’d like it to be bigger somehow? Not sure if practical, but it’s not small. But not really huge. Maybe a floor standing add on would help?
- A little on the noisy side
Overall, a must have. If it was bigger, quieter and had a sensor for deterministic levels, it’d be 5 star. Don’t let that stop you from buying it.

I would recommend the litter hopper

My only complaint about my litter robot was the fact that I was topping off the litter every other day. The litter hopper is amazing. It makes a world of difference. I am so happy with my purchase. I will say litter hoppers definition and my definition of optimal litter is a little different. The litter hopper keeps the litter level then I would keep it, but better then me topping off the litter myself

I purchased 2 of the new hoppers for my 2 LR's. Im so glad I did. They were easy to install and work perfectly. I'm so glad that I purchased them. For 6 cats, I'm changing out the bag and adding litter twice a week now. Very happy with them and so worth the price.
