So I just got the LitterHopper and so far, I think I either installed it wrong or I can do without it. Installation instructions were pretty good, especially the YouTube video. I got the thing to connect, but when the litter is low, the amount of litter that is dispensed is so minimal that I end up just adding from the box. The app says it's installed correctly so I can only assume it's not a user error, but the dispensing doesn't match the amount of litter being cleaned and dumped.

Hopper is great

It was easy to install with the step by step instructions.
The only thing that I have a concern over is it's not showing up on the cellphone app.

Great time saver

It’s a really great invention. Saves me a lot of time. The only problem I see with it is it kinda wastes litter. I feel like the drawer fills up quicker with extra litter than it did before. Other than that, saves me from having to fill it up every other day.

Constant Error Messages

I have had the unit 3 weeks. It is constantly getting an error message. I follow the troubleshooting, the unit resets and a couple of days later it happens again. Maybe it's a faulty unit?

Doesn’t line up correctly

The new pieces don’t line up properly like it doesn’t fit. It is assembled but I have to keep closing the gap that won’t stay together.

DOES NOT WORK. CANNOT GET SUPPORT

Awful. NEVER DISPENSES. I have been manually filling it since I got the hopper. Tried to recalibrate as per Whisker support page (press and hold middle 3 buttons). But it didn't work. Also, the online support does not list the hopper for help and the support hours are very limited for chat/phone from the west coast. DO NOT BUY.

Litter Hopper is Great!

I was fortunate to get this new accessory 2 weeks ago. I had to change my cycling time to get the best of it and not run out of litter quick, the robot is used by 3 cats and it was cycling too much. But I really enjoy the convenience!
